All Items will be shipped within two business days after purchase. Items purchased before 10 am Monday- Thursday will be mailed same day. Any purchases after 10 am may take 1-2 business days before shipping.
If you wish to return your item(s), please request shipping label for in your package from MoveAthleisure.firstname.lastname@example.org.
RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF ORDER DATE. PREORDERED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF SHIPMENT DATE.
For returns, you will receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) in the original form of payment.
Ship your return through an insured traceable carrier, as Move Athleisure cannot be responsible for lost, mis-delivered or damaged packages. We strongly recommend that you keep record of the tracking number.
Please include a copy of your receipt in the box indicating the item(s) you wish to return and reason for return.
An email notification will be sent to you once your refund has been processed by Move Athleisure. Store Credit will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days from the date of your return package arrival.
Any error in a shipment or damaged product must be reported within 48 hours of the package arrival or the item will not be refunded.
Footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return will result in a 20% re-stocking fee.
Returns are not accepted on swimwear, water bottles, or items noted as FINAL SALE. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Additionally, all purchases will be charged 6.25% for Texas State Tax
