- Timeframe: Items for refund must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Items returned days 14-30 will be issued store credit. No returns or exchanges beyond 30 days from purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached. Swim wear must have liner sticker in bottoms.
- Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bust: We measure the bust of each shirt, sweater, or dress over the chest of the item from the underarm seam to the other underarm seam and double the number
Length: We measure the length of each shirt, sweater, or dress from the shoulder seam of the item to the bottom of the top/dress

Waist: We measure the waistband of all jeans, shorts, and skirts from each side seam and then double the number
