If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we gladly accept returns for store credit only, under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Final Sale items, including those purchased with discounts of 50% or more, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Store Credit:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the purchase price of the returned item(s) (excluding original shipping fees).
- Store credit will be sent via email in the form of a digital gift card and can be used on any future purchase.
- Store credit has one year expiration date.

How to Return

- Enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

Prepare Your Package:
- Include the return form that came with your order, filling out the necessary details.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging or in a similar package to prevent damage.

Shipping:
- Ship your return package to the address provided after initiating the return process.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to digital gift card or exchange.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the portal instructions on exchanging products or call us at 682-250-5645.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at kara@moveathleisure.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
