Eligibility for Returns

• If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we gladly accept returns for store credit only, under the following conditions:

  1. Return Eligibility:

     • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
     • Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
     • Final Sale items, including those purchased with discounts of 50% or more, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  2. • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. Store Credit:

     • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the purchase price of the returned item(s) (excluding original shipping fees).
     • Store credit will be sent via email in the form of a digital gift card and can be used on any future purchase.
     • Store credit has one year expiration date.

  4. Non-Returnable Items:

     • Sale items marked Final Sale
     • Gift cards
     • Worn, washed, or altered items

   

How to Return

1. Initiate a Return:

   • Visit our Returns Portal on our website.
   • Enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

2. Prepare Your Package:

   • Include the return form that came with your order, filling out the necessary details.
   • Pack the items securely in their original packaging or in a similar package to prevent damage.

3. Shipping:

   • Ship your return package to the address provided after initiating the return process.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to digital gift card or exchange.
• Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the portal instructions on exchanging products or call us at 682-250-5645.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at kara@moveathleisure.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
